Loudoun County: Inventory of homes for sale, under contract, sold and housing price trends.
NOTE: As of September 1, 2006 "new construction" data was removed from these data points. You will see an abrupt change in the trend lines. Also, the chart window will gradually expand to 24 months.

Daily Market Watch:
This chart shows the daily market activity in Loudoun County, Virginia for the last 30 days. Each data point represents the total number of occurrences for the last 30 days. For example: each day we sample the total number of SOLD listings (transactions settled) that occurred from the sample date 30 days back. This chart will aid in spotting short term trends. DOM for each of these can be found on the Front Page.
Data is only as accurate as the MLS data base entries..
Note: breaks in the lines are days when a sample was not made. This will not effect the trends.

Amazing stuff. If your MLS is anything like ours, you must have to extract data daily. I barely have the discipline to do this every Friday and at the end of each month. Love your passion for data to tell the story as opposed to the media hype.
