Unofficial June Market update for Loudoun County, VA: Yet another sluggish month for real estate activity. Unsold inventory dropped primarily due to listings expiring at the end of the month (see Daily Market Watch), new listings are declining, number sold was about the same and under contract declined. Surprisingly, prices seem to be maintaining even though we see major price reductions on the majority of listings. Days on market is up a bit. Buyers are writing contracts on bargains and seller subsidies have become the norm.
