This chart shows the daily market activity in Fairfax County, Virginia for the last 30 days. Each data point represents the total number of occurrences for the last 30 days. For example: each day we sample the total number of SOLD listings (transactions settled) that occurred from the sample date 30 days back. This chart will aid in spotting short term trends. DOM for each of these can be found on the Front Page.

Data is only as accurate as the MLS data base entries.

Note: breaks in the lines are days when a sample was not made. This will not effect the trends.
