GOOD MORNING LOLLIE!

I heard through the grapevine that one of my colleagues has "coffee in the morning with Merv." Morning coffee and the Guide. Nothin' better in my mind. I do most of my blogging between 4:00 and 7:00 am (I know, get a life!). Lollie Shankle is one of my favorites. In fact, she is the only local agent (that I know of) that attracted over 50 of us to a recent Broker's open. Might be a record turnout. Lollie, how do you do it? You can teach me a lot!

Lollie is with Prudential Carruthers in Leesburg, Virginia. Personable, astute, dedicated and simply marvelous! You won't find a better agent (hmmmm...we might be able to compete).
