The Loudoun 2006 price trend chart is updated for December sold activity. You can find it here: Have we seen home prices bottom in Loudoun?

It appears resale, single family, detached home prices under $1,000,000 are holding up for the second straight month. Perhaps the market bottom is at hand. We will continue to update the chart on a monthly basis.
