Seems as though a new entrant to the real estate Blogging world is giving a Real Estate Blogging Award. A REBA. A REBA you ask? I did too. It is a mortgage news Blog going by the name of housingwire. Maybe legit. Might even be well regarded at some point. The Blog started publishing in December.

The Guide is nominated for "Best Regional Blog." We are honored. I don't know we are the best at this, or even good at best. What I do know, our best reward (or award) is you. Following, valuing our content, commenting and ultimately voting with your feet. That is, asking us for advice or better yet, asking us to represent you in a transaction.

Check it out. If you vote for us, thanks. If not, or not at all, I don't blame you. We are not here to compete in a popularity contest.

Nonetheless, we thank housingwire for the nomination. Best of luck to "those guys" too.
