My last article was published 6 days, 18 hours ago. Where am I? I am happy to report that I am still here. I am working on a very special project for a valued organization creating a "Forum" for real estate "consultants." To say I've been distracted is an understatement. The organization is the Accredited Consultant in Real Estate Council. Founded by Mollie Wasserman and Paula Bean. They are instantly recognized as "innovators" by several high profile real estate notables and enjoy endorsements from the real estate industry.

I am honored to be chosen to develop a non-public "Graduate Forum" designed to provide on-going "coaching" of agents completing the course work. We chose MovableType as the platform for its industrial strength performance and capability. The "Forum" is scheduled to be live by February 1st.

A followup article will provide my views of the new designation and, more importantly, how I believe this is the "real estate business model of the future."

I'll continue to update the Guide's tables, charts and graphs, but will have few articles published while completing this project. More to come....
