This chart shows the daily market activity in Loudoun County, Virginia for the last 30 days. Each data point represents the total number of occurrences for the last 30 days. For example: each day we sample the total number of SOLD listings (transactions settled) that occurred from the sample date 30 days back. This chart will aid in spotting short term trends.
