We're in luck on this superstitiously unlucky day. Last year, NASA determined that on Friday - April "the you know what" - 2029 an asteroid about a quarter mile wide will not collide with earth and devastate a region about the size of Texas! Great news. Your real estate holdings remain safe and you can continue to extract equity!

I'll continue to watch for other Friday "the you know what" stories and report on them expeditiously if they may have an impact on real estate markets! Forever in your dutiful service.
