Sean and Frank, Thanks for the notes and forgive me for not responding in a timely fashion. I have been off creating Blogs and what I call Blogsites for other clients. I really have not been watching the local markets other than what I read in the news. So, when gathering data for the charts this morning I was surprised and then again not surprised by the slide in average home prices in Loudoun. We will see where the trends go as we get deeper into the selling season. By the way, I have put my real estate license in "inactive" status as I focus more on the technology, marketing and activity based pricing models for the industry. That being said, my experience with many excellent agents over the last few years is an asset that I can use to direct consumers to the best agents I know. Regards ...
